RX LENS MATERIALS

Sved Optics offers a variety of lens materials and
styles custom ground to meet your specific visual needs.

  • Polycarbonate - Although no lens is shatter proof, Polycarbonate is the mostimpact resistant of any lens material. Polycarbonate is 20-30% thinner and lighter than Cr-39. We strongly recommend Polycarbonate for use in active sports. Scratch coating included.
  • Polycarb 1.0 - This is the thinnest, lightest Rx lens available. This material is recommended for stronger prescriptions. Scratch coating included.
  • Plastic Cr-39 - This lens material is the most economical. Plastic is the least impact resistant of lens materials offered.
ORDERING
The intraSPX prescription sport optical system is available directly from SVED OPTICS, or visit your eyecare professional.
  1. Print out and fill in the form below.
  2. Include a copy of your prescription. It must include your pupil distance (P.D.) measurement.
  3. We will need your nose piece from your frame if it is removable, otherwise send the complete frame.

  30 DAY NON ADAPT
Because visual needs vary from patient to patient, SVED OPTICS gives you 30 days to test drive the intraSPX. If for any reason your not completely happy, just send it back to us and we'll get a refund (less shipping & handling) back to you in the mail.
   
  60 DAY Rx CHANGE
  Sometimes it is necessary for your Eye Doctor to make an Rx change to perfect your vision. If your Dr. changes your prescription within 60 days of purchase, just send the intraSPX back to us with your new prescription and we'll remake it at no charge. Please include a check or money order for $7.50 to cover shipping & handling , so we can send the new prescription back to you.
   
  1 YEAR MOUNTING
  Although we believe the intraSPX to be one of the most durable Rx mountings available, it is not indestructible. If the lenses should start to detach, we will remount the lenses at no charge for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If you're in need of repair after one year, there will be a $5.00 remount charge. Please include any mounting charge and a $7.50 shipping and handling fee.
